All alleles(12) : Chemically induced (ENU)(2) Spontaneous(3) Targeted(7)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF )

Homozygous mice have malformed digits on all 4 feet, some exhibiting brachydactyly, some syndactyly. Mice homozygous for various targeted mutations exhibit impaired NMJ formation and preweaning lethality.
