  • Experiment
    The authors constructed a 4.5 Mb physical map on mouse Chromosome 16 that shows conserved linkage with the Down's syndrome region on hu7man chromosome 21. A minimum tiling path across the interval was constructed using PACs. "Low-pass" (2.2 X) mouse sequence from the contig was ordered and oriented across 510 kb of finished human Chr 21 sequence.
