phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(5) : Targeted(5)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF , CvDC )

Homozygous mutation of this gene results in slightly increased pre-B and immature B cell numbers in the bone marrow, and increased IgG2a and IgM response to T cell-dependent and T cell-independent antigens. Mutant mice were less prone to collagen induced arthritis.

Interactions
Cd69 interacts with 215 markers (Mir1b, Mir7-1, Mir9-1, ...)
