Alleles
and
phenotypes
All alleles(50) : Targeted(12) Gene trapped(38)

Mice homozygous for a gene trap allele have low numbers of na´ve T cells that are hyper-responsive to stimulation. Mice homozygous for knock-out alleles exhibit decreased peripheral T cell numbers due to impaired emigration and homing.
