    The markers in this experiment were ordered as listed within 220kb of mouse Chromosome 3. The orientation of genes Sprr2a to Sprr2j is 5' - 3' whereas the orientation for genes Sprr2k to Sprr4 is opposite or 3' to 5'. The genes were ordered on sequenced BAC RPCI23-41D4 (AC091380)
