Gene Expression + Phenotype

Homozygous null male mice show some embryonic lethality. Surviving males have variable abnormalities including runting, reproductive organ atrophy with associated reduced fertility, and reduced life span. Both sexes have increased susceptibility to viral infection and reduced lymphocyte function.
