    The following markers were mapped to band X7A.1 on the mosue X Chromosome within approximately 64.6 Mb: Xlr4a - Xlr3a - Xlr5a - Xlr5b - Xlr4b - F8a - Xlr4c - Xlr3c - Xlr5c: Mapping to XA7.2 at 66.2 Mb were Xlr5d - Xlr3d- Xlr4d - Xlr5e - Xlr3e - Xlr4e. Amarker listed as Spin2 mapped to many locations in the mouse X Chromosome the paralogus were not discernable as separate loci.
