phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(7) : Chemically induced (ENU)(2) Gene trapped(1) Targeted(4)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF )

Homozygous targeted null mutants die at embryonic day 14 due to circulatory failure and showing impaired development of the semilunar valves and the muscular ventricular septum. Null fetal liver cells are unable to develop into B-cells in chimeric mice.

Interactions
Sox4 interacts with 346 markers (Mir1a-1, Mir1a-2, Mir1b, ...)
