phenotypes
All alleles(6) : Targeted(6)

Homozygous null mice show reduced body weight and gonadal fat pad weight, decreased food intake, and low serum levels of leptin, triglycerides and insulin. Dilated pupils, hydronephrosis, and impaired contractility of smooth muscle are also observed.
