Nullizygous mutations affect T-dependent humoral responses, germinal center formation, isotype switching and T cell differentiation, and may alter osteoclastogenesis, thrombogenesis, and susceptibility to autoimmune diabetes and prion infection. ENU mutants fail to show an IgG response to rSFV.
