Homozygous mice exhibit an impaired primary immune response. Dendritic cells, B, T and T regulatory cells show impaired migration to the lymph nodes and secondary lymph organs exhibit morphological abnormalities. Lymphocytic infiltrates to the pancreas, lung and stomach are observed in aged mice.
