Mice homozygous for a null or hypomorph alleles exhibit prenatal lethality. Fetal mice homozygous for a hypomorphic allele display anemia and replicative stress during fetal erythropoiesis. Mice heterozygous for null or hypomorph alleles display increased incidence of lymphomas.
