  • Find Mice (IMSR)
Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele appear healthy and exhibit a normal lifespan with no detectable behavioral phenotypes or changes in the frequency or type of spontaneous tumors. Despite a mild genetic instability in primary kidney cells, homozygotes show decreased incidence of chemically induced colon tumors.
