Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Pipb-rs2, d se and sv for locus symbols Ppib-rs2, Myo5ad, Bmpse and Myo6sv respectively. Authors state that Mf3 is a candidate gene for the pnlf1 mutant phenotype.

Authors use Mf1 and Mf4 for Fkh14 and Mf1 respectively.
  • Experiment
    Southern analysis of DNA from animals containing deletion chromosomes 37FBFo and 18FATw with a probe specific for Mf3 indicates the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 9: D9Mit21 - pnlf1 - Foxb1 - pnlf2 - nlf1 - pnlf3 - Myo5ad - nlf2 - pnlf4 - Bmp5se - D9Mit8 - pnlf5 - Myo6sv - pnlf6.
