Notes
  • Reference
The authors indicate that there are 2 less genes in the Krtap16 subfamily ( Krtap16-2 and Krtap16-6) than as previously reported by Tkatchenko AV in J:68213(Development v128, p1547-58).
  • Experiment
The markers here were ordered as listed within .82 Mb in band C3.3 of mouse Chromosome 16. In addition to the markers above various sequences were also mapped to the region including D86423 (Krtap6-2), BY571938, BI556790, AK076724(Krtap6-1) and BY485817. The markers in parenthesis represent the possible gene associated with the sequence.
