Notes
  • Experiment
A physical map of the Stks13 interval was constructed using sequences from the Celera database. The order of genes in the interval between D2Mit229 (99 cM) and D2Jau1 (100 cM) is as follows:

    cent - Sall4 (formerly Tex20) - Zfp64 - Sdccag33l (formerly Mtsh2) - Zfp217 - Hs1bp1( Probable Pseudogene) - Cyp24a1 - Pfdn4 - Dok5 - Mc3r - Stk6 - Cstf1 - tel

D2Jau1 refers to a CA3 repeat sequence located 8.1 kb distal of the 5' end of Stk6.
