Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors generated 871 animals from a (CAST/Ei-vJ x CAST/Ei-vJ) intercross and typed these head-tossing and circling behavious and for markers surrounding the waltzer locus. The waltzer region was narrowed to a 1.3 cM interval on Chromosome 10. The order and distance of the markers was estimated to be : (Gja1, Gria2, Lims1) - 0.1 +/- 0.1 cM - (D10Mit216, D10Mit59, D10Mit88, D10Mit90) - 0.4 +/- 0.2 cM - (D10Mit138) - Cdh23v-J - 0.7 +/- 0.2 cM - (D10Mit48, D10Mit29) - 0.2 +/- 0.1 cM - (Hk1, D10Mit111, D10Mit113, D10Mit149, D10Mit112, D10Mit220, D10Mit221).
