    The following markers were physically ordered within the 1000 kb mesd region of mouse Chromosome 7: (135O21-T7)- (M-0948) - (M09528)- (425C10-T7)- (171L18-T7) - (556G19-T7) - (18B7-T7) - (104F9-T7) - (D7Mit261) - (207I5-T7) - (480F10-T7) - (171M12-T7) - (22L1-Sp6) - (12H19-T7) - (12H19.01.T7) - (M-02922) - (M-10625) - (355L12-T7) - (124P15-Sp6) - (M-04373) and Arnt2. These markers are contained within a region deleted in Del(7)Tyr 1DThWb-p, Del(7)Tyr 23DVT-p, Del(7)Tyr 3YPSd-p and Del(7)Tyr 112K-p. The proximal breakpoint of Del(7)Tyr 1DThWb-p and Del(7)Tyr 23DVT-p are closest to marker 425C10-T7, Del(7)Tyr 3YPSd-p closest to 22L1-Sp6 and Del(7)Tyr 112K-p closest to 355L12-T7 and 124P15-Sp6. Other BAC and YAC markers included in the tiling profile but not included in the physical map were 124P15-T7, 171M12-Sp6, 220K8-T7, 22008-Sp6, 22008-T7, 480F10-Sp6, 425C10-Sp6, 42F4-T7, 535012-Sp6. Mouse mesd includes a region of approximately 350 kb from markers 22L1-Sp6 to 124P15-Sp6. Mouse marker nelg includesa region of approximately 350kb from 124P15-Sp6. Marker nelg include Arnt2.
