  The author were able to establish the existence of 4 Cklc4 haplotypes in various mouse strains: Cklc4^a included markers Ccl21a - Ccl21b - Ccl19 - Ccl19-ps1 - Ccl27a - Il11ra1- In strains C57BR/cdJ, C57L/J and DBA/2J; Cklc4^b included markers Ccl21a - Ccl21b - Ccl19 - Ccl19-ps1 - Ccl27a - Ccl27b - Il11ra1 - Il11ra2 in Strains A/J, BALB/cBy, C3H/HeJ; Cklc4^b included markers Ccl21a - Ccl21b - Ccl21c - Ccl19 - Ccl19-ps1 - Ccl19-ps2 - Ccl19-ps3 - Ccl27a - Ccl27b - Il11ra1- Il11ra2 in Strains 129/SvJ, C57BL/6J and PL/J and Cklc4^plt included markers Ccl21b - Ccl19-ps1 - Ccl27a - Il11ra1 in only DDD/1. These genes map to mouse Chromosome 4.
