(A) Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm2(Lmp1/CD40)Uzs}/Gt(ROSA)26Sor⁺ Cd19^tm1(cre)Cgn/Cd19⁺ (LMP1/CD40) mice showed a splenomegaly with a 3.5-fold increase of the splenic weight compared with control mice with B cells carrying the stop cassette (LMP1/CD40^flSTOP ). Representative spleens from 8-week-old mutant and control mice are shown.
