Compared to control (Alb Ei24^f/+) mice, spleens in Ei24^tm1Hzha/Ei24^tm1Hzha Speer6-ps1^{Tg(Alb-cre)21Mgn}/0 (Alb Ei24^f/f) mice are enlarged. Spleens from control and mutant mice were weighed and are presented as net weight and ratio of spleen/body weight. Mean +/- S.E.M. of 3 mice is shown. (C) EM picture of the liver of a mutant mouse.
