This construct was microinjected, along with the PhiC31 integrase mRNA, into the pronuclei of zygotes collected from Igs2^tm3.1Luo mice. The Igs2^tm3.1Luo allele contains three tandem attP sites. The PhiC31 integrase catalyzes recombination between the attB and attP sites. (J:101977)
