Integrated Whitehead/MIT Linkage and Physical Maps

In "doubly-linked" contigs, each marker is linked to another marker by at least 2 YACs, while markers in "singly-linked" contigs may be joined to a contig by just one YAC. The doubly-linked contigs are generally smaller but more reliable.

For a given chromosome, click on "single" to view singly-linked contigs or on "double" to view doubly-linked contigs.
