Homozygotes for a null allele show prolonged bleeding, and altered platelet aggregation and vascular responses to TXA2, arachidonic acid and injury. Homozygotes for another null allele show splenomegaly, reduced DC-T cell adhesion, enhanced contact hypersensitivity, and cervical lymphadenopathy.
