Mutations,
alleles, and
phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(6) : Gene trapped(2) Spontaneous(1) Targeted(3)

Homozygous mutants are characterized by the failure of the sex organs to develop postnatally, resulting in sterility in both males and females. Deficiency in hypothalamic GnRH results in deficiencies of LH, FSH and gonadal steroids.
