Mutations,
alleles, and
phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(14) : Targeted(14)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF , CvDC )

Null mutants are growth-retarded, most dying perinatally. Survivors have osteopetrosis and abnormal tooth eruption, gametogenesis, hemopoiesis, behavior and photoreceptor apoptosis. Hippocampal-specific mutants have seizures and highly excitable neurons.
