Mice homozygous for a hypomorphic gene trap allele show malocclusion, kyphosis, hydrocephaly, patchy hair, splenomegaly, high B- and T-cell counts, thrombopenia, impaired humoral responses, a high frequency of infections and tumors, renal cysts, skin lesions, freezing behavior and sporadic bleeding.
