Mice homozygous for a null allele exhibit increased activated T cells and germinal center B cells, hyperresponsiveness to TLR1/2, TLR7, or TLR9, and increased sensitivity to induced psoriasis or Pam3csk4 but increased susceptibility to Streptococcus pneumoniae infection.
