Mice homozygous for a null allele display altered lymphocyte rolling and abnormal lymph node B and T cell numbers. Mice homozygous for a hypomorphic allele exhibit mild muscular dystrophy, abnormal axon guidance and fasciculation and abnormal dorsal funiculus.
