Phenotypic analysis of mice homozygous for a gene trap allele indicates this mutation has no notable phenotype in any parameter tested. Mice homozygous for a tyrosyl phosphorylation-defective mutant allele display slow postnatal weight gain but have proportionally normal heart weight and morphology.
