Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit normal development, life expectancy and tumorigenesis. When combined with a Cdkn2a knock-out allele, mice exhibit increased incidence of induced spindle cell carcinoma and immortalized keratinocyte proliferation and migration.
