phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(7) : Gene trapped(4) Targeted(3)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF )

Mice homozygous for disruption of this gene have a generally normal phenotype. However they fail to respond immunologically to purified flagellin and are resistant to infection with Salmonella typhimurium.

Interactions
Tlr5 interacts with 77 markers (Mir17, Mir20a, Mir20b, ...)
