Mice homozygous for a reporter allele exhibit normal morphology, clinical chemistry, hematology and behavior. Mice homozygous for a reporter/null allele exhibit normal growth, fertility, and lifespan but show subtle renal developmental defects, hypodipsia, and elevated urine osmolarity.
