phenotypes
All mutations/alleles(21) : Gene trapped(10) Targeted(10) Transposon induced(1)
Incidental mutations (data from Mutagenetix , APF )

Mutant mice exhibit abnormal smooth muscle function and penile erectile deficiency. Conditional disruption in the hippocampus results in impaired LTP. Mice homozygous for a transposon induced allele exhibit postnatal lethality.

Interactions
Prkg1 interacts with 97 markers (Mir7-1, Mir15a, Mir15b, ...)
