Alleles
and
phenotypes
All alleles(65) : Gene trapped(59) Targeted(6)

Homozygotes for a targeted null mutation form blastocysts which die around the time of implantation and fail to hatch in vitro. Conditional mutants shows increased apoptosis of B and T lymphocytes and arrested lymphocyte development.
