    Potential candidated genes mapping near Lmr20, Lmr20a, Lmr20b and Lmr20c which mapped to D1Mit403 at 100.0 cM of CcS11/Dem in this study are:
    Fcer1a, Fc receptor, IgE, high affinity I, alpha polypeptide at 94.2 cM;
    Fcer1g, Fc receptor, IgE, high affinity I, gamma polypeptide at 93.3 cM;
    Fcgr2b, Fc receptor, IgG, low affinity IIb at 92.3 cM;
    Cluster of IFN activated genes: Ifi201,Ifi202a; Ifi203, and Ifi204 between 95.2-95.3 cM;
    and Tgfb2, transforming growth factor, beta 2 at 101.5 cM. [Table 9.]

    Possibly related QTL controlling other infections and co-localizing with the Lmr20 QTL are:
    Tir3c, trypanosome infection response 3c at 93.0 cM;
    Ssta2, susceptibility to Salmonella typhimurium antigens 2 at 95.8 cM;
    Bbaa12, B.burgdorferi-associated arthritis 12 at 96.0 cM;
