Notes
  • Experiment
    Authors developed a PFGE map of mouse Chromosome 10 in a region of homology to human 19p13.3. Probes were develpoed from published genes and the emerging human sequence data. Additionally, data from the genetic map were also integrated into the physical map of the region. The size of the conserved region in mouse (~2500-2900kb) was smaller than the homologous region in humans (~3800kb). The order of markers on mouse Chromosome 10 was estimated to be: centromere - D10Mit207 - Cdc34 - Shc2 - Bsg - Gzmm - Ptb1 - F430011M15Rik - Adn - Gpx4 - Cirbp - Efna2 - D10Mit226 - Pcsk4 - D10Mit21 - Tcfe2a - D10Mit23 - D10Bwg1364e - Ap3d - Amh - Sf3a2 - Oaz1 - Lmnb2 - Gng7 - Thop1 - Creb313 - D10Wad2 - Map2k2 - Minta - Dapk3 - D10Sut1e - Matk - Tbxa2r - Hmg20b - Gna11 -Gna15 - Aes - Sirt6 - Ankrd24 - D10Mit22 - D10Mit140 - D10Mit42 - Nfyb. Ela2 was used for F430011M15Rik.
