Mutation details: The tetracyclin operator was used to drive expression of the human cDNA with a point mutation that results in the amino acid substitution of arginine for histidine at position 1047 (H1047R). Three lines were generated (13, 121 and 3011). Line 13 carries around 20 copies of the transgene compared to around 60 in line 121. (J:142254)
