Mutation details: The ubiquitous H2-Kb promoter was used to drive expression of the cDNA encoding Fosl2 followed by an IRES-EGFP. Three founders were identified (12, 13 and 15). Lines 12 and 13 display the same phenotype while founder 15 failed to express the transgene. Line 13 was used in subsequent analysis.
