Mutation details: This transgene expresses mutant plyomavirus middle T antigen with Y to F mutation at position 250 under the control of the mouse mammary tumor virus LTR. Expression of this transgene was detected at high levels in male and female mammary glands. Other expression sites include salivary gland, seminal vesicles, ovaries, and lung. (J:56327)
