Mutation details: A 350 bp fragment encoding the entire human TCL1A coding region was placed under the transcriptional control of the mouse Igh-V186.2 promoter and the Igh-mu enhancer sequence. 3'UTR and polyA sequences were derived from the human Beta-globin gene.
