hematopoietic system
• the numbers of Ter119+ GR1+ and Mac1+ cells are increased in the spleen compared to in wild-type mice
• mice exhibit hyperplasia of erythroid-myeloid cells unlike in wild-type mice
• half of circulating erythrocytes contain mitochondria unlike in wild-type erythrocytes
• erythrocytes that develop from bone marrow transplanted into wild-type recipients exhibits increased mitochondria content compared to in wild-type cells
• however, erythrocytes clear their ribosomes normally

cellular
• cultured reticulocytes exhibit abnormal autophagy of mitochrondria with mitochondria associated with the outer membrane of the autophagosome and undegraded autophagosome content unlike in wild-type reticulocytes

immune system
• the numbers of Ter119+ GR1+ and Mac1+ cells are increased in the spleen compared to in wild-type mice

growth/size/body
• the numbers of Ter119+ GR1+ and Mac1+ cells are increased in the spleen compared to in wild-type mice

homeostasis/metabolism
• cultured reticulocytes exhibit abnormal autophagy of mitochrondria with mitochondria associated with the outer membrane of the autophagosome and undegraded autophagosome content unlike in wild-type reticulocytes
