• 10% of tumors in the stomach, small intestine, colon, and rectum

neoplasm
• 49 of 52 mice between 9 and 18 months of age develop tumors (lung cancer, liver cancer, mammary cancer, and gastrointestinal tract tumors)
• tumors exhibit nuclear atypia, desmoplasia, stromal invasion, and/or distant metastasis
• mice develop lung metastasis from lung cancer or mammary cancer
• tumors exhibit telomere elongation, anaphase bridges, and/or lagging chromosomes
• 10% of tumors in the stomach, small intestine, colon, and rectum
• 3% of tumors are eye Harderian gland adenoma
• 2% of tumors are leiomyocarcinoma
