Mutation detailsFloxed neo cassettes were inserted upstream of Hoxb4 and downstream of Hoxb3. Cre mediated recombination using a transiently expressed cre plasmid was used to create a deletion region that encompasses both genes. The absence of either transcript was confirmed by RT-PCR using RNA extracted from bone marrow cells. (J:83563)
