Knock-in mice homozygous for a PGK-neo insertion and a serine codon mutation show altered kappa and lambda B cell number. Knock-in mice heterozygous for the same PGK-neo insertion and a valine mutation show abnormal immunoglobulin light chain V-J joiningwhile homozygotes show reduced B cell number.
