Mice homozygous for a knock-in allele exhibit early prostate cancer development progressing from intraepithelial neoplasia with microinvasion to well-differentiated prostate gland adenocarcinoma, and show enlargement of the prostate gland and the lymph nodes, and increased metastatic potential.
