Mutation detailsCre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.194575Fsp at chr15:63175856-63175857 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.192331Fsp at chr15:63871640-63871641 duplicated approximately 696 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in reverse orientation) at the duplication junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. This duplication is the complement of deletion Del(15Rr334-Cyrib)14Fsp. The centromeric part of the duplicated sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD) and the duplication duplicates Myc enhancers Rr334, Rr316124, Rr313933, Rr331, Rr307328, Rr332, Rr307330, Rr333, Rr313939 and Rr313944, the Gsdmc gene cluster, and the 3' end of Cyrib.
