Mutation details: The mouse promoter drives urinary bladder-specific expression of cre with a polyadenylation sequence. A 3.4 kb fragment of the murine Upk2 promoter was cloned in front of cre recombinase and a polyadenylation signal. The construct was used for pronuclear injection of C57BL/6 oocytes. Founder information is not available. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
