Mice homozygous for a null allele exhibit embryonic lethality during organogenesis, arrested heart development, and forebrain hypoplasia. Heterozygous mice exhibit small spleen, impaired lymphocyte response to osmotic stress, decreased response to glucocorticoid, osteoporosis and impared osteogenesis.
