Mice homozygous for a null mutation display abnormal ipsilateral retinal ganglion cell projections and impaired performance in visually mediated behavioral tasks. A heterozygous p.Q2665P mutation conditionally expressed in embryonic limb buds leads to delayed chondrogenesis in left hip and shoulder joints.
